The Digital Fitness Game Pods include: four large screen TVs with 4 Nintendo Wiis, 2 Playstation 2's, and 1 Playstation 3. In addition, 3 Cateye Gamebikes can be configured to the Playstation 2's for a fun-filled series of video racing challenges (race cars, motocross, and snowmobile games are available). The SlamMan boxing challenge is available to test your group's punching skills.

Multimedia equipment includes the Club's sound system and video projector. In this package, a Club Bionik party host is available to assist with the Club's equipment, but the Club Bionik host does not organize any entertainment or activities. The client host is responsible for organizing the event and entertainment. For example, if music is desired during the event, the client host would need to provide and control an iPod and/or DVD. Similarly, the client host is responsible for all set up and clean up.

Classic Clubbin' Par-tay

$300 + $11 per teen guest (2.5 hrs.)

This package includes all of the elements of the Back to Basics package, but provides a complete party and entertainment agenda to make your event special. The agenda includes games and activities conducted by the Club Bionik host, snacks, and a 30-minute period for birthday classics, such as opening gifts and eating cake.

1. The party starts with 45 minutes of

"Happy Birthday" time (opening gifts, cake, and open unstructured digital game play).

Throughout the party there will be an assortment of healthy snacks and a fruit punch service. Snacks will include:

* Sweet & salty pretzels

* Veggies and dip

* Baked chips and salsa

* Trail mix with dried fruit

* Rice Krispy bars

All paper goods are included in the package. The Club Bionik host is responsible for set-up and clean up.

Club Bionik Party Guidelines

Club Bionik does not provide a birthday

With its swanky atmosphere, big dance floor, and electronic gizmos, the Club is a great spot for a birthday, graduation, or any other kick'n party. Club Bionik hosts three types of parties:

Open House Parties - Anyone can stop by the Club and have some fun. You don't have to be a member to be a part of the action.

Club Member Parties - Club Bionik hosts a variety of parties for members only. On one weekend there might be a party for ProTeens members and the next weekend the Adult members might have a chance to get down. Subscribe to the Club Bionik newsletter to stay up on the events calendar.

Private Parties - Club Bionik is available for private rental. The staff have put together several party packages that make throwing a fun bash easy:

Back to Basics Party Package

$250 30 teens max (2.5 -3 hrs.)

This package makes the swanky Club Bionik space available to your guests including:

* Aqua Bar (snax and drinks)

cake, so please bring your own if you wish to serve cake.

At least one week prior to the event Club Bionik will provide a list of games available for the Digital Fitness Pods. The client party host should respond with a requested list of games to be made available on the day of the party,

We request a 1:10 parent to teen ratio, so please plan accordingly for chaperones . There is no charge for adult chaperones attending the party.

A minimum of 14 teens is required at the time of reservation. There is no charge for the teen "guest of honor". The party package fee is based on the number of teen guests booked at the time of reservation regardless of "no shows". If the number of guests who attend is greater than the reserved number you will be charged for the actual number of guests. The number of guests may be changed up until 48 hours before the event.
